Yana Feldman
Yana Feldman is the principal of New York Legacy Lawyers, located in New York City. Her practice focuses on holistic, client-centered planning with an emphasis on ensuring her clients’ dignity and independence as they age, as well as working with clients to create not only a financial legacy, but also one of personal values and non-monetary assets. Her goals include educating various communities on the importance of estate planning and elder law planning, including immigrant communities, as well as creating a modern law firm to help clients accomplish working with their attorney on their own terms. After earning her undergraduate degree in Anthropology in 1999 at the University of Chicago, she graduated from Tulane Law School in New Orleans in 2002 and then returned to her adopted hometown of New York.
Yana believes in a team approach to estate planning for her clients, and many of her clients come to her from trusted partners in the financial advising sector. She teaches Continuing Legal Education classes for other attorneys on these topics, as well as to financial professionals at major financial institutions such as New York Life, Morgan Stanley and Bank of America. She’s also made several presentations on law firm time management to various Bar Associations and Sections.
Besides practicing law, Yana is active in the community, having served as Legal Director of The Veneration Project, focused on building stable inter-generational communities by helping older adults and their families navigate the practical aspects of aging, and as a volunteer attorney with the Safe Passages program, assisting child asylum seekers. She is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of the JCC of Brooklyn/Kings Bay Y, where she focuses on establishing a planned giving program for the agency.
Yana was born in the Former Soviet Union and is fluent in Russian. She lives in Brooklyn, near Greenwood Cemetery, with her architect husband and their twin daughters.

Yulesky Reyes
I was born and raised in The Bronx, New York, and recently became a resident of Georgia. With over ten years of experience as a paralegal, I have specialized in Estate Planning for the past seven years. In 2017, I earned my Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Keiser University of Florida.
Being the daughter of immigrant parents, I find great fascination in our clients’ history and accomplishments. I take immense pride in being a part of a team that assists families in safeguarding the assets they have worked hard to acquire.
In addition to my role at the firm, I am a strong advocate for planning and organization. In my spare time, I monetize my hobby by selling the planners and agendas that I personally create. When I’m not doing that, I enjoy spending quality time outdoors with my son, husband, and our two dogs, Leo and Kano.

Hi there! I am the Client Services Coordinator at the firm and it’s my duty to guide you through the first steps of the life-changing experience that is Estate Planning. I arrange your meeting with our attorneys who are going to do their best to provide you with the legal advice and resources that would help you accomplish your goals and protect your legacy and your loved ones.
I got my degree in graphic design and I love arts, drawing, and creating things. I consider myself very optimistic, empathetic, and creative and I would always try to make others feel heard and when possible, make them laugh! I have been immersed in the customer service world for over 5 years now and it ended up being a hidden talent.
Isabella Redivo
I am the administrative assistant at our firm and currently a senior at Columbia University, planning to attend law school after graduating. I was born and raised in Brazil, but consider California my second home after living there for 5 years before relocating to New York. I love Victorian novels, my cat Jennifer, and warm pastries.
Diana Madrigal
As the Case Manager for all of our practice areas, I am often the point of contact between our clients and the legal team. My main goal is to support our clients and our team from the very start of the matter and all the way to the finish line. I assist with most administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and coordinating our team behind the scenes to make sure the trains keep running on time.
While I do not have a legal background, I have loved learning about all things estate planning and witnessed the difference it makes both in our client’s lives and in my own family as well.
I have a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts and spend most of my spare time engaged in different kinds of craft projects.
